About Chianalea 31

Chianalea 31 was created to offer an authentic stay directly by the sea, combining the charm of Scilla’s historic fishing village with comfort and personal hospitality. A local team member welcomes guests, hands over the keys and provides the essential information for enjoying the house and Chianalea.

Chianalea 31 accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms. Two private balconies overlook the sea: one from the main bedroom and one from the living room. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and air conditioning throughout. A traditional passage beside the house provides direct access to the sea. A baby cot for children up to 3 years old is available free of charge on request. Any tourist tax due is collected according to the regulations of the Municipality of Scilla and communicated before arrival. The property is managed by RGL S.R.L.
